❤️ Meal 1: Weet-bix, fresh fruit, walnuts, LSA, yogurt & skim milk 🍓 .

💙 Meal 2: A home made protein ball (recipe for easy peanut butter protein balls on my website)

🧡 Meal 3: Colourful rainbow salad with purple cabbage, edamame, rocket, carrot, red capsicum, pepitas, pecans & 2 boiled eggs 🥗

💚 Meal 5: Baby spinach, roasted vegetables, grilled pork with a garlic & yoghurt dressing. .
