Obviously the portions & foods can vary depending on your likes, dislikes & training goals which is why I never post calories or portions consumed. These posts are just to give you some healthy meal ideas! ??

? Meal 2: A home made protein ball (recipe for easy peanut butter protein balls on my website)

? Meal 3: Colourful rainbow salad with purple cabbage, edamame, rocket, carrot, red capsicum, pepitas, pecans & 2 boiled eggs ?

? Meal 4: ?A banana & a 30g serving of almonds ?

? Meal 5: Baby spinach, roasted vegetables, grilled pork with a garlic & yoghurt dressing. .
