Happy Hump Day, babes! How is everyone doing this morning? It’s a scorcher out there today!
Good morning, beauties! How are we all feeling on this fine Wednesday morning? The sun is shining bright and it’s already heating up out there! I started my day with an early workout and then came home to create the most delicious waffle smoothie bowl. I couldn’t decide between a smoothie and waffles, so I thought, why not have both?
I whipped up a butternut turmeric smoothie bowl using frozen cauliflower, steamed butternut squash, Elmhurst 1925 almond milk (which is seriously amazing), Sports Research beef gelatin, and Nuzest USA vanilla plant protein (use code INFINITEFOOD15 for 15% off). I topped it all off with fresh strawberries, Kite Hill Foods almond milk yogurt, Once Again Nut Butter sunflower butter, NuNaturals chocolate syrup, and Know Foods chocolate chip waffles. Let me tell you, it was absolutely divine! The waffles were a standout – they’re grain-free, low in sugar, and packed with protein. If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a go.
