ต้มน้ำจนเดือด ปั้นอกไก่หมักซอส (หรือใครจะเปลี่ยนเป็นหมูก็ได้นะคะ)ใส่ลงไป ตามด้วยหอมใหญ่ มะเขือเทศ ใส่ซุปก้อนเห็ดหอมไปนิดนึง ใส่ซอสปรุงรสอีกนิด พอได้รสที่ชอบ ตีไข่และเทผ่านกระชอน รอเดือดอีกครั้งเหยาะพริกไทยป่นลงไปนิด ปิดไฟตักเสิร์ฟ ไข่นู้มมมนุ่ม อุ่นสบายพุงเลย ??
