CARBS: ???? there is so much information about them, people being obsessed with carbohydrates, both eating or eliminating them form their diets.⠀

Well, I’ m on the moderated side of the plate ? I literally can’t function well without let’s say 40% C from my daily food intake. But that’s just me, some people prefer and can easily go ketogenic, which means about 80% fats 10% carbs, 10% proteins, and this type of diet showed some improvements on patients with different inflamatory deseases, but there are small studies , nothing relevant, things aren’t black or white here, further studies are required, also this diet must be supplemented with some vitamins, some blood test done before, for cutting such an important group of macronutrients and monitorized by your doctor.⠀
