I had a few requests for the recipe for this zucchini slice/quiche from a few days ago so here you go! This makes 3-4 serves.

– Also add salt and pepper to taste
– For herbs you can add what you like. We added chives and and parsley.
– Add an extra 1/2 cup of flour if you want a bit more bulk.
– Mix it all together and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350F) until cooked through.
