Plant based meal in under 10 mins 😍🙌🏻 Heck yes! The easiest way to pack in a ton of veggies in a hurry 👊🏻 @eatbanza chickpea pasta + sautéed veggies + leftover brussel sprouts 😎 So easy but sooo satisfying!! I mixed the pasta in some olive oil, garlic, basil, and red pepper flakes 😋 I’m not a die hard pasta person but on a cold fall day give me alllll the warm pasta bowls 😍 Especially when they’re gf, grain free, and full of veggies 👊🏻 Wild Friday night planned over here working on things + cleaning/baking while Eli studies! Probably also a Target run because I’m feeling crazy 😜 Eli’s got a big test week coming up next week and after that we’re doing a stay cation for a few days 🤗 So excited!! For now though, it’s cleaning and podcast listening 😜 Haha have a great Friday night friends, hope it’s a little more exciting than mine! ❤️ ———————————————————————————- recipe details 👉🏻 @eatbanza chickpea pasta cooked according to package directions topped with 1 tbsp olive oil + garlic + red pepper flakes + basil. Then added in sautéed spinach, tomatoes, and leftover Brussels (400F for 40 mins)
