Roasted veggies with grilled beef for the win 🤗 Many of you ask me how I roast my veggies (and mainly eggplants), so I decided to cook this beautiful bowl and prepare step by step guide for you in my Instagram stories 🎬😍 It was fun and I hope you’re gonna like it 👍🏼 The bowl turned out so delicious and colorful. I love colorful plates because colorful food looks better, colorful food tastes better and colorful food makes it easier to stay on track and follow your current routine 🤗
What’s in my bowl: roasted potatoes, roasted pumpkin, grilled beef steak, oven baked eggplant topped with cheddar, roasted small peppers and fresh spinach to sneak the veggies in 🥔🥩🍆🎃🌶 It was so good.
The full meal is 434 calories with 36P, 33C and 17F. I love fats and usually don’t limit my healthy fats but if you don’t want to go crazy with them, change beef for chicken or turkey and you will be fine 😍 !!
