Snacks higher in protein are not always necessary but if you’re feeling particularly hungry then you might find they fill you up for longer than your carb rich muesli bar. Protein has been proven to keep us fuller for longer but for this to be effective we should aim for at least 10g per snack which can be the challenging part. Ideas ????.
