Sweet and savory waffle on this waffle Wednesday ? Kind of a weird combo but it’s so good ? Made a paleo @birchbenders waffle and added in 1/2 scoop of protein powder to give it a little extra ?? My favorite pancake mix by far- it’s sooo easy to make and it’s so dang tasty! The banana flavor is ?? Seriously you can’t beat it. Another cold and chilly morning so a warm waffle hit the spot ? Why do it sweet or savory when you can do both ? Easy toppings but you can make it as fancy or simple as you want ?? I did half a banana and half an avocado ?There was definitely a time a big waffle would’ve been a huge no from me- how can a waffle be okay to eat if it isn’t packed with fruits or veggies?! Just a reminder that it’s okay to indulge sometimes, your body needs fuel and sometimes your mind/soul does too ❤️ It’s so confusing sometimes trying to navigate what’s healthy/ what’s not I know but one thing I also know is that you’ve gotta fuel your body! ?
