What are your thoughts on these?

Here’s mine. To clarify my stance on a few.
➡️ I’ve never tried a bulletproof coffee and I don’t intend to.
➡️ I DO use protein powder as a convenient way to increase the protein at breakfast because otherwise I get hungry very soon after breakfast. Protein powders are not a necessity though.
➡️ Yes I like egg whites but I always eat the whole egg.
➡️ I don’t mind milk alternatives but they get more of a health halo than they deserve.
➡️ I use coconut oil occasionally to add flavour. Never for any ‘health’ benefits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
