Friendly reminder as we head into head holiday weeks here that you do NOT need to:

? Do a juice cleanse
? Eat “detoxifying” foods
? “Cut back” on your intake to make room for sweets
? Skip meals
? Exercise to “burn off” what you ate
? Exercise to “earn” your food
.
You do NOT need to detox. Now or in the new year. Your body is typically fully capable of keeping itself in tiptop shape if you listen to it and eat intuitively ❤️
