{NEW} Tangy Grass-fed Beef Lettuce Wraps + Avocado Cilantro Cream Sauce ??? .

Let’s enjoy it as much as possible, while keeping things SIMPLE with THESE delicious wraps! }

makes about 4-5 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin seed
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to your taste
1 jalapeno, sliced
1/2 cup chopped cherry or grape tomatoes
butter lettuce leaves for serving
Avocado Cilantro Cream Sauce:
1 very ripe large avocado
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup packed cilantro with steams
1 jalapeno diced
juice of 1/2 fresh lime
1/2 tsp garlic powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to your taste
Instructions:
Place all avocado sauce ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for 3 minutes. Add fresh garlic and all seasonings, then saute for about 1 minute, finally add the ground beef.
Brown beef, while crumbling, & stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve beef mixture over lettuce leaves topped with chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeno and a drizzle of your avocado cilantro cream sauce. Enjoy!
