Supreme Pizza Bell Pepper Cups
Our fave weekend Food is going into the oven! ???

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
■Halve your green bell peppers lengthwise
■Place peppers in a boiling pot of water for 2-3 minutes…make sure they stay crisp.(it’s called par-boiling…helps make the peppers easier to eat!)
■Drain on paper towels, lay them “cup” side up, on a flat sheet pan
{Add to the Bell Peppers Cups}
■Cooked and seasoned lean ground turkey breast (I seasoned with a pinch of garlic powder, & Italian seasonings.)
Maybe 2-3 oz cooked meat per cup.
■1 Tbsp. Organic-low sugar marinara to each
■1/2 thin slice all natural provolone or mozzarella{OPTIONAL}
■Add your fav pizza-type veggis on top:
Mushrooms, Tomato, Olives, Red Onion.
I also added fresh basil and thyme.
Bake in preheated 375 f oven for about 8-10 minutes…just until cheese is melty.
