Thinking to myself… why am I JUST now making  cashew chocolate chip cookie skillet ? it’s SO good and the texture is seriously perfect (I poured the mixture into an 8×8 pan instead of a skillet and it turned out SO good) and I added in half a bar of dark chocolate (85% dark) and then some  mini chocolate chips in top ?
