About to enjoy some of this 5 minute no-cook DAIRY-FREE CREAMY CARBONARA I made yesterday…so happy I have leftovers! Happy Wednesday loves. Hope you’re all having a great week so far. I have been in the process of moving, and I think I have a slight injury in my ACL ? I am pretty frustrated so trying to take it easy despite that I have a move to make. Deets: seared wild salmon seasoned with zataar seasoning and lemon (you can find my method for salmon in my highlights), sautéed broccolini, @eatbanza pasta with sautéed tomatoes and this sauce. SAUCE: 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, 1.5 tablespoons nutritional yeast (omit if you’d like but this is what makes it “cheesy”), 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and a few dashes of paprika. #resolvetoeatmorepasta •
