It’s not all doom and gloom though, these @grazedotcom wow bakes have been a great study companion. At only 94kcal and 2.7g of sugar per bake, these high in fibre #grazesnacks have been picking me up when my concentration levels start to wane.

They come in three flavours, chocolate hazelnut, lemon drizzle and honeycomb caramel. The chocolate hazelnut is my favourite. ? My kids love them too, so we each have our pack to stop them from stealing mine or me stealing theirs ?. Have you tried them yet? If not, you can find them at the cereal bar aisle of your local Tesco, Asda or Waitrose.
