BBQ SHRIMP and CREAMY BALSAMIC MUSTARD ZOODLE SALAD! Happy Tuesday all. I hope you’re having a great week. Made this meal for my boyfriend and I to split for lunch the other day and it was DELICIOUS. Super easy to make too. I seared the shrimp in @bertolli_us olive oil, because it’s my favorite….high quality and flavorful. Deets: Wild shrimp generously seasoned with Trader Joe’s Coffee BBQ rub, then seared in @bertolli_us olive oil (2 minutes per side on medium high). Zoodles (made the day before and then left covered in the fridge so they dry out a little and don’t get soggy), tomatoes, basil and balsamic yogurt dressing. (2 tablespoons balsamic reduction mixed with 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 1/2 cup almond milk yogurt). •
