Sunday Smoothie Adventure: My Homecoming Experience
Happy Sunday everyone! I just got back from an amazing weekend in Orlando and I am feeling so inspired and energized. Being surrounded by a group of talented creatives and entrepreneurs for the past few days has truly been a game-changer. One important message that I want to share with all of you is to always strive to be your best self. In the world of social media and blogging, it’s easy to compare ourselves to others, but remember that each of us has something unique and special to offer. Embrace your strengths and weaknesses, and let your authenticity shine through.
After a late flight home last night, I started my day with a trip to the gym and then whipped up a delicious smoothie bowl to kick off this sunny Sunday. The weather is perfect for enjoying a refreshing smoothie, and today I made a beet and zucchini smoothie with some added protein , Sports Research beef gelatin, and a dollop of So Delicious coconut yogurt. I topped it off with some Kite Hill Foods almond milk yogurt, Georgia Grinders cashew butter, banana, kabocha squash, and Wildway of Life banana nut granola. It was the perfect start to my day.
As I sip on my smoothie and plan out my grocery shopping for the week, I am reflecting on my whirlwind two weekends of travel. It’s been a busy time, but I am grateful for every moment.
