Is Including Kefir a Good Idea?

SHOULD YOU INCLUDE KEFIR?
_______________________________________________________
Kefir is technically a yoghurt but has a thinner consistency so perfect to drink!
Like yoghurt it contains live good bacteria (probiotics). While the evidence is still building in this area- for most of us – including them will do no harm and potentially have beneficial effects on our gut health ??
Impressed with this one.  it is delicious, the natural has no added sugar and the Blueberry flavoured version declares how much sugar is added Vs milk sugar ??. This is difficult to tell with other flavoured dairy products
Kefir is definitely a good option to include, but if you’re having natural yoghurt already then you’ll get similar benefits
Brekky with chia and berry jam (comment below if you want me to tag you in the recipe), ricotta and Kefir

What is Kefir?

Kefir is a fermented milk drink that originated in the Caucasus Mountains. It is made by adding kefir grains (a combination of beneficial bacteria and yeast) to milk. The result is a tangy, slightly fizzy drink packed with probiotics, vitamins, and minerals that support digestion and overall health.
