?Impressed with this one from @thecultureco_ .. it is delicious, the natural has no added sugar and the Blueberry flavoured version declares how much sugar is added Vs milk sugar ??. This is difficult to tell with other flavoured dairy products
?Kefir is definitely a good option to include, but if you’re having natural yoghurt already then you’ll get similar benefits
