What you’ll need:
1 cup quick cooking oats
2 tbsp manuka honey
1 tbsp nut butter (I used cashew butter)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 large ripe banana
What to do:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 F.
2️⃣Mix together all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl until batter is uniform. Divide batter into 6 cookies & place on a lined baking sheet.
3️⃣Bake for 10-15 minutes.

What you’ll need:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp milk (oat, goat, almond, soy etc.)
2 small bananas
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
What to do:
1️⃣Preheat oven to 350 F.
2️⃣Reserve half of one banana & add remaining ingredients to a food processor and process until batter is smooth. Pour batter into a nonstick mini loaf pan and top with banana half, sliced.
3️⃣Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serves 2.
