CHIPOTLE CHICKEN FAJITA BOWL! So happy it was Taco Tuesday, because I’ve been thinking about fajitas since last night when I watched a re run of Beat Bobby Flay and watched him make his mouth watering fajitas…So guess what was for lunch?! Luckily I had all the fixings. Filled this bowl up with organic mixed greens, cauliflower rice, red cabbage, tomato, avocado, sautéed peppers and onions jalapeños and sautéed chipotle lime chicken strips. Plus, of course I needed some @sietefoods nacho tortilla chips on the side! Made a creamy sweet and spicy chipotle lime dressing with @foragerproject yogurt, chipotle seasoning, lime juice, coconut aminos, Himalayan salt and a few drops of @nunaturals stevia. Feeling full and 100% satisfied! Happy Tuesday!
