Everyone loves a post dinner snack to cap off their night. Not liking a late night snack is like saying you don’t like sex. Ya, I said it. Don’t @ me. ??♂️

Any who, if your goal is to lose some pounds of fat and lean out sometimes you just need to find suitable snack options.

First, I think you should know about how many calories you have had previously throughout the day so you can make an educated decision on what to have.

Then, find things that are low in calories so you can eat more of them. Sometimes people don’t eat certain snacks or just have a taste because they think it has too many calories. Solution? Look it up. Know how many cals are in certain foods. Knowledge is power when it comes to food.

If you’re really on a pinch for calories I would stick to the top row here. Don’t overthink it, just know what you’re taking in!
