CRISPY TAQUITO MONDAYZZ…I know it doesn’t have quite the ring, but they tasted damn delicious! ASPARAGUS and EGG taquitos with chimichurri and creamy ALMOND-TAHINI-SRIRACHA dip! My belly is in heaven. I used @georgiagrinders almond butter for the dipping sauce and it was perrrrfect. I hope you’re all having a fantastic Monday ? Deets: almond flour tortillas, roasted asparagus, scrambled eggs cooked with chimichurri…heat tortillas, fill with filling and roll up and sear them in coconut oil or ghee. SAUCE: 3 tablespoons @georgiagrinders almond butter, 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons coconut milk, 1-2 tablespoon sriracha, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce. Whisk together all ingredients.
