My days usually consist of three big meals plus a handful of snacks. Here is a pretty good example of the main meals I’ll have during a day –

Breakfast: oats w. strawberries, banana, nut butter
Lunch: hummus wraps w. veggies – roasted or raw is good
Dinner: sticky tofu w. rice and veggies – recipe by The Plantiful Chef!
