Gnocchi with green lentil stew and steamed broccoli. I knew this seems like a very odd combination, but I’d eat a potato and lentil curry and I couldn’t see why I couldn’t eat gnocchi with lentils… good thing I didn’t talk myself out of it because it worked ???
