FOOD DIARY ???? That was a long weekend for me, full of rest and “doing nothing time” without any workout (one stretching session doesn’t really count) ? I didn’t track my calories or restricted myself in terms of food but I checked what I ate today, just because I was curious ??? And here it is: ⠀
1. ? Breakfast – protein pancakes, cashew nuts, Greek yoghurt and raspberries. ⠀
2. ? Snack 1 – protein smoothie and some cashews on the go. ⠀
3. ? Lunch – Chipotle inspired bowl with basmati rice, grilled beef, avocado and vegetable salsa (cucumber, tomato, parsley). 4. ? Snack 2 – protein cookie from @womensbest. ⠀
5. ? Dinner – hard boiled eggs, whole wheat bread with butter and tomato. ⠀
6. ? Dessert – Ben&Jerry’s Topped Strawberry Swirled Ice Cream. ⠀
Total of 2’214 calories ? No regrets ♥️!! .⠀
