When i first embarked on my journey, I thought I had to be drastic and extreme. I vowed to cut sugar, carbs and anything that tasted good. I was determined to replace my daily pizza with a salad. This worked….. for a whole two weeks! But once life caught up with me and the cravings go out of hand, I would slowly slip into my old way of eating?
?♀️Making SMALL do-able changes was the biggest thing that was key to my results. I would make tiny changes, that made the world of a difference. For example, I used to LOVE pizza and would eat it every single day for lunch (Yup, that’s how much I loved it!). I started off swapping my thick crust pizza to thin crust. Then progressively moved to having 1/2 a pizza and salad. Each time I made a change, I made sure that I was able to uphold it- without feeling restriction!?
