Im having an incredibly busy day today, I haven’t had time to cook yet. I’ve also run out of some essentials so I need to head to the store soon.

I had this bowl last night after those toasts ??Leftover rice from the kids dinner, some kale that I tossed in a tomato sauce I made earlier this week and pan roasted tofu. I only marinated it in a little soy sauce and some Thai seasoning before hand. I topped with a little more of the tomato sauce I cooked the kale in after taking the photo.
