Trying to add a little spring in my life with this smoothie 🌷 If you know me, you know that I have a smoothie for breakfast pretty much every morning without fail 🤷♀️ It’s what my body craves first thing in the morning, and especially post-workout! I usually workout in the morning, and I’ve seriously been loving the @gardenoflifecanada raw organic fit vanilla protein powders to add to my smoothie post-run or workout 🏃🏽♀️ The flavor is amazing and it’s the best blending vegan protein powder I’ve come across 🙌🏼 Protein powders definitely are not necessary to meet protein goals (even as a vegan!), but they can be helpful if you’re like me and just want a quick, easy breakfast to throw together in the AM or a quick snack after a workout ✨.

1 scoop @gardenoflifecanada vanilla raw protein, 1 banana, 3 cups of packed kale, 2 handfuls frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp @bobsredmill ground flax, 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 pinch of black pepper (to help curcumin absorption!), 1 tsp cinnamon 💛
