Happy MemorialDay loves! Thinking of making this DAIRY FREE RANCH pasta salad with CHIPOTLE SHRIMP for dinner tonight! Throwing it back to this meal, because currently I’m enjoying my last few hours of the beautiful long weekend. It has been such a nice weekend filled with bike riding around the city, eating lots of delicious food, drinking delicious cocktails and enjoying some relaxation with my boyfriend. I managed to squeeze a little work in there! How was your weekend? •


Deets: @marinadelreyfoods Shrimp boiled then tossed in chipotle hot sauce and coconut aminos (I used @sietefoods Sauce), avocado and eatbanza pasta with tomatoes and sautéed spinach and this ranch sauce. Ranch sauce (makes enough for a whole box of pasta): 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods yogurt, 2 teaspoons @woodstockfoods tahini, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and salt/pepper to taste. •
