Thank you so much for all the love on my last post. It was an on the spot idea and I didn’t think it would work as well as it did. I didn’t measure a couple of ingredients that’s why I haven’t I put the recipe up. I plan to make it again this week, and then post the recipe. I’ll let you know once it’s up as usual.
I made this for lunch today, and I’m not sure what to call it. It’s a mix of quinoa, bulgur wheat, 🥕🥦🌽🍅 green beans, and chickpeas all mixed with sriracha. Sort of like a lazy [but tasty] vegetable pilaf 😀
