Who else remembers when savoury oats was trending on Instagram???♀ I couldn’t bring myself to try it then because I couldn’t get my head around it. I decided to ‘woman-up’ ?and partially give it a go. I cooked the oats with a pinch of salt and lots of oat milk to give it a very creamy texture and then topped it with oven roasted butternut squash, caramelised onions, chilli flakes, chopped parsley and a drizzle of agave nectar.
