Happy Thanksgiving to all of my US friends. We don’t celebrate over here in the UK, but I love the spirit of it and I love seeing what you guys get up to ?

I made mashed potatoes with mushrooms and peas for dinner today. I used the same recipe I showed the other day in my story and IGTV video. The only difference is that I caramelised some carrots and celery alongside the shallots for more depth in flavour and I also added a small splash of water with corn flour for a thicker sauce.
