1/2 still is pasta? 1/2 zoodles.
Using extra lean mince.
Use cottage cheese or low fat cheese.
Add 1 grated carrot, zucchini, tomato to the mince, so less meat but portion same size.

more oil used, brown chicken, more rice and half vegetables, sweet chilli sauce.
