Homemade “takeout” for the win! FOUR INGREDIENT TERIYAKI SAUCE with this teriyaki chicken and chick pea noodles. A throwback today as I’m busy recipe testing in the kitchen. Happy Wednesday day loves. Hope you’re all having a great week. The weather has been wonderful and I am excited for August, as it is my favorite month of the year…the weather, the beautiful nights, the energy…and it’s my birthday month ? Anyone else love August? What’s your favorite take out dish?



Deets: Chicken: @butcher_box seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper (I seared this on the stove but you could also bake it or pressure cook it) then tossed in the sauce. Sauce: 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic (I also made this with balsamic reduction and it was a little thicker), 1 tablespoon @thrivemarket coconut aminos and 1-2 teaspoon of honey. Served with @eatbanza pasta with a drizzle of sesame oil and sautéed broccoli rabe (tossed with salt pepper and fresh garlic)
