1️⃣ Stock up on frozen options ??Frozen isn’t available at your store? Fresh works too. The goal is to still eat balanced meals while we are going to the store less ?⠀
And reduce stress around having only ‘clean’/fresh food available. All these items were frozen ?? (see what they are in stories)⠀

2️⃣ Try something new! Maybe your ‘staples’ aren’t available. Maybe you never have time to cook a meal with your loved one ?‍❤️‍? Buy something new and have fun with it! Grilled chicken gone? Try the mandarin orange @traderjoeslist chicken because it’s 10/10 ?⠀

3️⃣ You still need carbs even though you may be more sedentary ‼️ You need fuel in order to support your body at this time. Right now is not the time to resort to restriction. Your immune system needs a varied diet and sleep, not crazy supplements/boosts people are selling.⠀
