Mmmmm…noodle soup (any “Friends” fans out there?!) SPICY RAMEN: 3 INGREDIENT BROTH! Nothing cozier than a bowl of ramen on a chilly night. Literally made this bowl in 10 minutes the other night using leftovers. Feel free to switch up the protein, noodles or veggies! This could be made whole 30 with some zoodles. Recipe below. Are you a fan of ramen? What’s your favorite ingredients to add? Mine is salmon, shrimp and avocado. The avocado melts in a hot broth ? •


Deets: heat up two cups of bone broth (I used @bonafideprovisions), add a couple teaspoons of either coconut aminos or liquid aminos (I use @bragglivefoodproducts), and 1-2 teaspoons of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (I get my sriracha from Trader Joe’s). Add in some noodles (I had some leftover so I didn’t have to cook them), veggies (here I added some Cabbage, sugar snap peas and fresh tomatoes), avocado, leftover wild salmon and a soft boiled egg (tutorial in my highlights). •
