PSA: hunger is your body’s way of letting you know that you’re running low on fuel ?

When you’re hungry, you need ?? to ?? eat ?? something! Despite what diet culture says, don’t need to doubt your hunger – your body knows best!

If you learn to listen to and trust it’s signals, you will have a much more relaxed relationship toward food ?
⠀
⠀
And of course, here’s what you don’t need:
– Water (diet culture tells us we’re “only thirsty” when we’re in fact needing food!)
– Coffee
– Chewing gum
– A distraction
– ? tea — you NEVER need this!
