Just a couple examples of ways to get protein in to your breakfast ??
If you don’t like eating breakfast or if it doesn’t fit your lifestyle somehow then don’t eat it.
Figure out a way that fits YOUR life that allows you to hit your required protein amount.
What I would say about not having breakfast is that if you leave yourself with a shorter window to hit your protein that MAY require you to eat a lot of protein in one go. IF this is fine for you, stick with it. However for a lot of people consuming large amounts of protein in one sitting can be hard for their bodies to digest running into bloating issues and lower energy levels. That is why for most people spreading your meals across the whole day is recommended however there is no single “right” way, do whatever feels best for YOUR body and that is easily manageable within your day to day life ?
