The difference is that I used bananas to make the ice cream portion of the shake! This cuts the calories a lot, but doesn’t take away from the creaminess of the shake. It is lower in protein since there is no ice cream, but the milk adds a decent amount! You can always toss in some protein powder to give it a little boost.
