Babes I may or may not be about to blow your mind… but eating carbs after 8pm does NOT cause weight gain!??♀️⠀

Reality is, eating carbs after 8pm doesn’t cause weight gain!??♀️ That’s because carbs themself don’t cause weight gain… eating more calories than what your body burns does!? It may sound silly, but our food doesn’t magically change calories just because it’s later in the evening. In addition, our metabolism doesn’t just STOP when 8pm hits… it’s always going!?? This is why you can eat food, including carbs, late at night when following my proven weight loss method and still lose weight!⠀

In terms of this myth, I believe nighttime eating has gotten a bad rep because most babes heavily restrict their food earlier in the day, leading them to overeat, lose control and eat more processed foods in the evening?⠀
