I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, this chickpea mash saves ?? my ?? life ?? during a busy week ✨ My recipe is adapted from @ohsheglows, and I usually make a big batch of it to last me a few days for lunches ?.

To make ??:
Mash 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas, then add 1 tbsp vegan mayo, 1/2 tbsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of relish, the juice of 1/2 lemon + a pinch of salt and pepper. I love to mix in diced celery, red pepper, red onion and pickles for a crunch ? Enjoy! ?
