I’ve been working trying to get everything done before my trip to Florida this weekend. ? Starting a new career venture the day I return and I have lots to do! stay tuned ?I made this sauce the other day for a salad dressing for my family pot luck…turns out it makes a FABULOUS pasta sauce after thinning it out! I’m off to get my nails done after devouring this baby for lunch. Posting recipe below. ? Anyone have any plans this weekend??

Deets: Bowl filled with baby kale, roasted asparagus and Brussels, tomatoes, sautéed @traderjoes Wild Argentinian shrimp (tossed in some hot sauce then quickly sautéed), @eatbanza Pasta tossed in this sauce. Sauce: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup @georgiagrinders cashew butter, 1/2 cup @seedsofcollaboration tahini, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 cup of water or more, 1/2 cup @kitehillfoods Almond milk yogurt. Blend together (add 1/4 cup water at a time then add more if needed to thin it out). •
