Salmon Sunday: Simple SESAME ASIAN SALMON, CUCUMBER SALAD and TWO INGREDIENT TAHINI SAUCE! Happy Sunday! Today starts my birthday week ?…I’m Throwing it back to this TEN MINUTE meal. I’m having a total chill out day today…food, prep, Netflix (check my stories). If you haven’t tried this meal, it is one of my faves! Made this quick sauce/dressing to put over the salmon and to dip the cukes in (I am such a dipper…anyone else love to dip their food?) I hope you’re having a great weekend! Did you do anything fun? •

Deets: mandolin cucumber slices, drizzled with @thrivemarket coconut aminos, lemon juice, sesame seeds and mustard seeds. Wild salmon steak: patted dry, seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared over medium heat in cast iron in a mixture of coconut and sesame oil (3:1 ratio) for about 5 minutes per side. When you flip it, add some coconut aminos and crushed garlic to the pan for some extra flavor and caramelization. Tahini sauce: Mix together 2 tablespoons @seedsofcollaboration tahini with 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (add water if you want it thinner). Garnish everything with fresh cilantro. •
