The #portioncontrol plate is back by @nutriclinicro ?

I know some days we are hungrier, while other we can barely touch our food. Is ok to have both of sides, depending on how you feel and how active you are. I found myself very often that after a long working day I switch the side veggies with a big side of complex carbs. There are also the days when I work out and when I feel A LOT hungrier than the days I m not doing any sort of moving and I don’t feel like eating that much or craving carbs.

Either way, just listen to your body and nourish it with real food rich in nutrients ?????
