To make the stir fry, ✨stir-fry around 140g of soya chunks with one chopped shallot and one large garlic clove for 4 minutes then season with two teaspoons of light soy sauce and one teaspoon of dark soy sauce. ✨Add a large handful of mixed chopped bell peppers, stir fry for a minute before adding around two tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce and ¾ teaspoon chilli flakes for extra heat. ✨Cook for 2-3 minutes, and loosen with a splash of water. Adjust seasoning as needed then add one teaspoon of sesame oil for flavour. Take the pan off the heat and serve over noodles or rice.
