✨We should all strive for at least 5 different colours of fruits and vegetables each day💫. Some days I do just fine, others I fall very short and end up eating lots of greens🙈I’m trying to put some fun back into my meals again by playing a game of colours each day.
I found the perfect rainbow stir fry mix while I was out food shopping yesterday. It was a mix of pak Choi🥬, tenderstem 🥦, 🥕, baby 🌽, red cabbage, salad onions and sugar snap peas. I added a handful of edamame. I simply stir-fried the veggies with garlic, ginger and spring onions then added a spicy red pepper sauce. Super tasty and super simple 😊 and I got so many colours in one meal 🙌🏾 #plantbasedfoods #plantbasedfoodie #mostlyplants
