Step one: use the right VEGAN CHEESE. Yea I know… there are some vegan cheeses that are no bueno (I’m rarely impressed😅)
SO… for grilled cheese in particular, use either @followyourheart mozzarella block OR @violife_foods mozzarella block.
Step two: BREAD. This is important. If you can, try to use bread from a bakery or farmers market near you. Here in San Diego we have amazing artisan bread 😋 I really like @pragerbrothers or @sadierosebakingco .
Step three: BUTTER. Vegan butter according to @chancy.james HAS to be a vegan staple😂 if we are ever out he says “what kind of vegans are we”. We usually purchase @earthbalance … its so good it fools my family. If you can get your hands on @miyokos_kitchen cultured vegan butter DO IT.
