Homemade Corn & Mushroom Empanadas ??? with chimichurri sauce & chipotle aioli for dipping. Going along with my dumpling obsession, I was pretty excited to try this recipe. But is an empanada even a dumpling? ? Anyway, I knew it was going to take some time but I was all IN and it was so worth it.
