Kicking off the first FRYDAY of the year with this delicious combo that I can’t come up with a name for 🤷♀️ It’s an assortment of leftovers that I threw together and it tasted SO good ✨ Roasted potatoes on a bed of spinach, topped with fresh tomato, red onion + a “dragon sauce” drizzle that makes it so savory and delicious 🙌🏼 Everyone who tried this absolutely loved it, which means you need to try it too 😍.
To make the sauce 👇🏼:
Blend together 2 tbsp of tahini, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 small cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 lemon, juiced + 1/3 cup of water until smooth. Pour over roasted potatoes (or fries), veggies and enjoy! 💛
